"Hello Caroline.  Thank you so very much for your e-mail.  It was an absolute pleasure working with you and really the entire staff at Allbook.  I only have wonderful things to say about the company. 

First, the selection of books that Meryl chose were perfect.  I believe we covered every age group and interest and covered it well.  Her expertise in books and running book fairs is very evident in the company that she runs.

Any questions I had were answered almost immediately just with my making a phone call.  People got back to me promptly on issues that they did not know the answers to right away as well.

Everyone from Karen answering the phone, to Joe who delivered the books was courteous and professional.  Jill and Caroline, a special thank you to you for all of your help with my many questions and your efficiency in handling them.

So, all in all, I would recommend your company to anyone running a book fair and we really look forward to working with you again in the spring, next Fall and hopefully for many, many more years to come.
